Thandy Pino is a Public Procurement Specialist and facilitator with over 17 years of experience in pubic service. She is the founder and CEO of Ntakha Consulting, which specialises in Procurement Consulting and Facilitation. She holds an MBA in corporate governance, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA). Her experience in governance structures spans over fifteen years as chairperson of the bid specifications committee, chairperson of the bid evaluation committee, and an advisor to the bid adjudication committee. She is currently the Chairperson of the Lesotho Public Procurement Authority, a member of the audit committees and tender committee of various public sector institutions. She has a sound knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, BBBEE Act, PPPFA, and CIDB Act.
