Frans Sabbat, holds an MBA from the university of Stellenbosch with other tertiary qualifications from UNISA and SPL. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and administration of which the bulk of these years were in local-provincial and national government in the roles of oversight and support. After his recent stint of 7 years at the Gauteng Treasury, he started his own venture as entrepreneur at Sabbat Enterprises Pty Ltd where he fulfills the role of Senior Consultant and Manager of Business Operations. One of their biggest clients at the moment is the North West Provincial CoGTA through which they provide financial management technical support to municipalities and the department.
