Sanele Gumede is the National Manager of the Collaborative and Syndicated Lending portfolio at Absa Bank. Key to his function is creating alternative financial solutions for businesses that do not qualify for finance conventionally.
He is passionate about commercial projects with a social impact, related to financial inclusion and employment creation.
Having held multiple roles at Absa in the last twelve years, he has spent the last seven collaboratively creating products with local and international strategic partners, opening access to finance opportunities to businesses across the country.
He is in his third and final year of his MBA, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits, a Programming and Business Information Systems National Diploma from DUT and he completed the PBT Group Business Intelligence programme.
