Simon Annan is a doctoral student at the Cranfield University, UK and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), UK. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Strategic and Project Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, France, Professional Diplomas in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT) the UK and a certification as a Project Management Consultant and Fellow from Institute of Project Management Professionals, Ghana and recently attained Fellow Status of Ghana Institute of Procurement and Supply.  Currently, Simon is the Procurement Consultant for Public Financial Management Reform Project (PFMRP) under the Ministry of Finance (World Bank Financed Project) and also consults for many organizations and serving on Entity Tender Committees for several Public and Private Organizations spanning a variety of industries including Financial Institutions, Energy, Aviation, Education, Telecommunications and Construction.
