He has overseen the disbursement of billions of Rands to SMEs that could not qualify for commercial lending.&nbsp; Jan\u2019s career in banking spans over 26 years and he has held various positions in corporate, business, and retail banking.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>His insights and expertise in SME development have been sought by the international community. He has positioned SME development initiatives with multi-national corporates and business schools in the United States and Europe.&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>Jan holds an MBA from the Henley Business School in the United Kingdom, a B Comm (Hons) from the University of South Africa and a B Comm from the University of Stellenbosch.
