He has previously worked as a Project Leader at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), Business Development Manager at the CSIR, CEO of the GODISA Trust, and COO of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA).&nbsp;<\/p>    <p>Charles has over 25 years\u2019 experience in the enterprise and supplier development domain and has been part of the Sustainability Team at Heineken Beverages for the past 6 years, where he has been part of, and led, many circularity, recycling and repurposing projects &#8211; where the focus has been on turning short-term projects into
