She has over a decade of experience spanning energy infrastructure, business development, stakeholder engagement, investment facilitation and strategic communications.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to her country leadership role, Pepi serves as Acting Director: Marketing and Corporate Communications, where she leads corporate positioning, brand strategy, strategic communications and market-facing engagement aligned with Genesis Energy Group\u2019s growth objectives. Her work sits at the intersection of energy infrastructure development, private-sector investment, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on advancing bankable energy projects and strengthening opportunities across the energy value chain.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her career spans both the public and private sectors, including roles within development agencies, Special Economic Zones and business incubation, giving her a multidisciplinary understanding of South Africa\u2019s industrial, infrastructure and energy ecosystem. This experience has shaped her interest in the intersection between energy transition, investment, industrialisation, localisation and inclusive economic development.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pepi holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Transport Economics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Transport Economics and Logistics, a PRINCE2\u00ae Practitioner Certificate in Project Management, and a Data Analysis certification from the University of Cape Town.
