She leads and oversees the development and implementation of the Alexforbes Group Holdings Sustainability Strategy. Lee also leads the\u202fAlexforbes\u202fImpact Advisory practice and the Alexforbes Impact Academy, servicing clients in a number of African and global jurisdictions. She is an experienced sustainability specialist with over 23 years of commercial experience across an array of industry sectors including financial services, asset management, retirements, telecoms, real estate, energy, manufacturing, mining, aviation, and petrochemicals.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee is an appointed member of the global IFRS Sustainability Reference Group. By appointment of South Africa\u2019s Commissioner of the CIPC, Lee is a member of the dtic\u2019s national Adoption Readiness Working Group on Sustainability Reporting in South Africa, and the appointed Chair of the Investor Cluster within the Working Group.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lee holds undergraduate, honours and masters degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand (SA) and the University of Reading (UK) respectively. She holds numerous specialist qualifications including the IFRS Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Level I, and is an IFRS FSA Level II Candidate.
