He is widely recognised as a pioneer in the country\u2019s transition toward structured Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and circular economy practices.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With senior executive experience spanning banking, petrochemical, information technology, professional services, and consulting, Keith brings extensive expertise in environmental management, regulatory frameworks, waste management systems, industry restructuring, and sustainable development strategy.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He drafted South Africa\u2019s first Industry Waste Management Plan (IWMP) for e-waste in 2010, laying foundational groundwork for the implementation of EPR regulations. Keith has played an influential role in shaping policy dialogue between industry and government and continues to advocate for stronger compliance, data integrity, and sector formalisation.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A former President of the Information Technology Association of South Africa (ITA), he has also served on the Board of the ISETT SETA and chaired various Remuneration, Finance, and Investment Committees. He was a Founding Member of Qhubeka, supporting socio-economic development initiatives across South Africa.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keith is a sought-after public speaker who regularly presents locally and internationally on e-waste management, regulatory compliance, and the circular economy.
