She provides strategic direction to BMW South Africa\u2019s independent Enterprise and Supplier Development Trust, helps channel industry and business opportunities into its funding landscape, and works with delivery partners to align supplier-development outcomes with the company\u2019s portfolio priorities.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is also closely involved in BMW South Africa\u2019s youth-employment initiatives, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive growth and long-term economic participation.
