Kevin Rodney Abrahams is a PPP / Project Finance specialist with extensive experience in Public Sector Infrastructure Development. He is currently the owner and director of K and F Advisory Services (PTY) Ltd specializing in PPP/Project Finance advisory work and training. For the past eight (8) years he was responsible employed as a Project Manager at the Gauteng Infrastructure Financing Agency. He was responsible for Project Development, which mainly entailed the development of project proposals and project preparation, project structuring, procurement up to financial close.
He has experience in finding / advising on finding alternative procurement options for the delivery of key mega-infrastructure projects.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the public and
private sector and has been involved in teaching, teacher training, public sector infrastructure planning, public sector infrastructure delivery as well as formal Public Private Partnerships PPP’s.
He is currently an independent advisor to the Gauteng Infrastructure Financing Agency (GIFA) on 4 PPP’s and assisting in developing Business Cases for additional National Treasury Funding (BFI) for selected Gauteng Hospitals.
He is an accredited CP3P (PPP) Trainer accredited by APMG – and trained PPP Practitioners locally as well as in Botswana, Namibia and Malawi.
