Adie specialises in governance frameworks for PMO and PMU implementation, including supporting software
tools. Has more than 25 years’ experience in Programme and Project management utilising PRINCE2 and
PMBoK, including built environment PMU’s in Africa and for Millennium Challenge Account funded
programmes.
Prior to joining SMEC in 2014 he was responsible for project implementations in the CSI business division at
Deloitte Consulting, as well as responsible for the project management competency team at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also responsible for PM training, internally and for clients.
Prior to moving into the private sector in 2000 Adie spend 13 years in the SANDF as Senior Image Analyst and
Head of Projects at a SAAF specialist unit.
