In his career as a civil engineer, Mr. Dladla has dedicated himself to the construction industry, learning the construction business from the ground up. He is a recognized leader, with broad experience in managing complex programmes, Public Sector procurement and Digital Innovation. \u00a0He is dedicated to creating an environment of accountability, transparency, and consensus-building.
