VCS is a registered Payment Service Provider (PSP) offering leading payment gateway services. The online payment system only accepts credit cards enrolled on the MasterCard 3D secure system or Visa cards enrolled on the Verified by Visa system.

All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. All encryption complies with international standards. Terms & Conditions

1. Payment must be received 7 days prior to the commencement of Summit date.

2. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after a signed sales contract or online registration has been submitted to Smart Procurement and 100% cancellation liability at seven(7) working days before the Summit is to be held. Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge are allowed.

3. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or fax seven(7) working days before the Summit is to be held in order to obtain a credit for any future Smart Procurement Summit.

4. Important Note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, Smart Procurement reserves the right to change the Summit dates, sites or location, or merge the Summit with another, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that Smart Procurement permanently cancels the Summit for any reason whatsoever, (including part not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the Summit is not postponed to a later date nor merged with another, the client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the client has paid to such permanently cancelled conference and/or Learning Lab , No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

5. Substitution opportunities to be used at another Smart Procurement Seminar are valid for six(6) months.
