Albert de Klerk is an experienced municipal executive with nearly three decades in local government finance and administration. He currently serves as Municipal Manager at Hessequa Local Municipality and previously held the same role at Langeberg and Midvaal Municipalities for over 16 years. Mr de Klerk also served as Chief Financial Officer at Midvaal, where he led municipal budgeting, treasury, financial reporting and MFMA compliance, bringing deep expertise in public sector financial governance and procurement oversight.
