Rodney Moolman: Director: SCM Education Training and Development (ETD): Office of the Chief Procurement Officer: National Treasury – Rodney has worked all three spheres of government and has a wide range of experience in SCM. He is currently heading up the unit, SCM ETD in the National Treasury. Previously he was responsible for SCM Training and the Supplier Development Programme in the Western Cape Provincial Treasury
