With more than four decades of experience in finance and supply chain management, Collin Frank is a highly accomplished professional currently serving as Deputy Director: Finance and Supply Chain Management within Western Cape Health and Wellness.
He possesses a strong academic foundation, holding an undergraduate diploma in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as a degree, postgraduate honors, and a master’s degree in public administration. Further demonstrating his commitment to advancing knowledge and practice in the field, Collin is presently pursuing a PhD with a research focus on corruption in public sector procurement.
