With more than 25 years of international experience, she has led large-scale procurement transformation programmes across more than 25 countries in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, spanning industries including Telecoms, Technology, Media, Mining, Cement and Chemicals.
Her expertise includes establishing greenfield procurement functions in complex environments, developing procurement strategies, restructuring procurement functions, capability building and strategic sourcing initiatives. Natasha combines strategic thinking with practical execution and is passionate about translating procurement knowledge into measurable business value. Her impact-driven approach has delivered sustainable cost optimisation while strengthening procurement capability and influence across organisations. She also serves as Director of Praxes Advisory.
