Susanna Kwon is Executive: Procurement Operations Centre at Massmart, where she champions the practical side of AI in procurement. A hands-on leader with 20+ years in complex operations, Susanna doesn’t just sponsor AI projects—she builds them, having used vibe coding to create her own agents and leaning daily into Microsoft Copilot and MS 365 to get real work done. She believes the best way to lead a transformation is to live it yourself: learning by doing, sharing what works, and bringing your team along for the ride.
