He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Procurement Policy and Regulation from Stellenbosch University and is widely recognised for his expertise in procurement law, municipal finance management, and supply chain governance.<\/p>    <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Mr Esau currently serves as Director: Strategic Support Services at Breede Valley Municipality and has previously held senior executive positions at various municipalities.
