For the first time in Smart Procurement World history, the 20th Annual Indaba culminated in a special Gala Dinner
bringing the industry together to celebrate two decades of Smart Procurement World. The evening was a fitting celebration of the people, relationships and milestones that have shaped the journey. A highlight was the presentation of 10 Long Service Awards, recognising individuals whose years of commitment and contribution have played an important role in the growth of the procurement community and the Smart Procurement World story.
