The 2025 Indaba website delivered strong traffic and engagement throughout the event cycle. The Home Page led activity with over 40,000 views, followed by major interest in supplier development content, especially the Absa ESD Expo page with 24,000+ views. Delegates also explored key event information, including the Programme, Smart Supplier Conference, Speakers, and Sponsors & Partners pages.
Top engagement events included page views, session starts, user engagement, and high interaction with actions such as clicks, brochure downloads, form submissions, and booking confirmations. This shows visitors were actively searching for event details, SMME opportunities, and participation options.
Overall, the website proved to be a highly effective digital hub for communication, registration, and in-event engagement across all audiences.

A total of 64 social media posts were published across four social media platforms, reaching a combined follower base of 20 509. In addition, content was shared within selected LinkedIn Groups to extend visibility. The total post impressions amounted to 94 142.
