Larissa is CEO & Chief Win Strategist at nFold, a strategic proposal, pitch and creative consultancy, and a driving force behind its position as Africa’s leading APMP-accredited training organisation. With over 20 years’ experience in operational and bid management, she has helped shape nFold’s growth since becoming an owner in 2019, building a high-performing team of award-winning proposal professionals and supporting clients to win opportunities of every size, across industries, worth billions each year.
A recognised thought leader in the proposal profession, Larissa is deeply committed to raising standards and advancing professionalism. She serves as a Director of the APMP South African Chapter and is a frequent contributor to industry dialogue through speaking engagements locally and internationally.
Her career highlights include being inducted as an APMP Fellow in 2024, recognition in APMP’s 40 Under 40, and multiple honours celebrating her leadership, influence and contribution to sales and supply chain excellence. Under her leadership, nFold has received national and international recognition, including a National Business Excellence Award and a Bronze Stevie® Award for Company of the Year. She is an APMP-accredited trainer and holds Foundation, Practitioner and Professional certifications, along with specialist micro-certifications in executive summaries and proposal writing.
Beyond delivery and awards, Larissa is passionate about strengthening the connection between proposal teams and procurement professionals, believing better dialogue leads to better outcomes. She champions excellence, clarity and innovation in every proposal and pitch she touches.
Outside of work, she values time with her family, her partner Carl, daughter Kai and their dogs. Based in Johannesburg, she enjoys reading, writing and crafting when she’s not helping teams win.
