Mr R Lungile Mabece is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa for about 25 years, with commercial and corporate law focus. He is the managing director of Bulumko Corporate Law Advisers and Consultants. He is a former non-executive chairperson of SAFCOL SOC Ltd. He is also a former non-executive director of State Diamond Trade where he was also a member of the Human Resources and Remunerations Committee. He is currently serving as a non-executive director of Broadband Infraco SOC Ltd where he also served as a member of Audit and Risk Committee, Human Resource and Remunerations Committee, Technology, Knowledge and Information Management Committee as well as Social and Ethics Committee of which he is currently the chairperson of. Mr Mabece has been specialising in mainly regulated environments, including development of policy and legislation. He holds B Proc and LLB degrees from the University of Western Cape.

Her expertise lie in Finance, Compliance and Governance. She has more than 20 years experience in multiple Finance and has been involved in governance structures I both private and public sector for the past 14 years. She is the owner of GAD Consulting Services Inc. which has since inception has evolved into a Training, Publishing and Development organization which aims to educate, empower and enable business leaders. Precious has recently embarked on building her Property Portfolio within SA.
Sibusiso has a cumulative work experience of 20 years, the majority of which was acquired in various positions and disciplines in the Information Technology sector. Through his company The Sales Enablement Company he asses, advises, trains and coaches on various sales disciplines from sales strategy to sales execution. His clientele varies from small and medium enterprises right through to Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed companies.
Nyasha is an energetic, results-driven senior finance executive with over 13 years of progressive experience in audit, accounting and finance, risk management, governance, strategy and operations within multi-million rand organisations, medium-sized entities, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations.

As the former CFO of Shanduka Black Umbrellas (SBU), she has a passion for entrepreneurship and she has seen how the true potential of SMEs can be unlocked through value-adding enterprise and supplier development interventions. She continues to play her part in supporting the agenda to get more SMEs to become sustainable and meaningful participants in the economy. She has since become an entrepreneur herself and her advisory business provides outsourced finance, business
advisory and transactions advisory services to clients in the private and public sector, as well as SME advisory and consulting services. Michal Pillay currently presides in the role of Supplier Diversity Manager at ABSA Group Limited. Michal’s passion for improving supply chain and growth in the market stems from her various roles within Category Management at MTN, an African Continentally positioned telecommunications organisation. Her consistency in gaining knowledge and skill sets are evident in her tertiary achievements as a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.. Michal’s transition to ABSA positioned her as SNR Category Manager in Marketing and Print in 2015. Her passion for development of supply chain initiatives was capitalised on by the institution. Michal’s vision for the growth of South African businesses and upliftment of employment are evident in the initiatives and guidance she provides for the changing environment in the South African Purchasing and Supply chain programmes. Michal’s frugal mannerisms and strategic approaches in her roles have seen the institutions gain in copious savings across the supply chain. Michal’s skills and knowledge are comprehensively adopted by the organisation as she oversees and manages the ABSA supplier transformation processes since 2016. The strategic and professional mannerisms of Michal have aided and promoted many businesses in growth and development in her roles over 2 major corporations in Southern Africa. This path has led to her involvement in the WEConnect Organisation where her participation elevates her to a seat on the advisory council for ABSA. Michal Pillay conducts her professional life with a strong balance in her family life raising her four children with the same vigour and passion as she rises through the corporate world.
