Thys is an experienced banker and ESD Practitioner with extensive experience in the financial services sector. He hold a Post Grad in banking. The numerous roles he occupied in the bank have contributed to his strong business, leadership and strategic abilities. He has successfully designed, implemented, and managed supplier development programs with blue chip corporates in the financial services sector, public sector, mining and agricultural sector just to name a few. The programs allow the corporates to transform their supply chain thus giving opportunities to SMEs. Thys is passionate about creating opportunities for SMEs and its role as an agent of transformation within society and the economy
