Nyiko Rapudi is a transformation and supplier diversity professional with more than 15 years’ experience across B-BBEE, procurement transformation, employment equity and broader transformation strategy.
In her current role as Global Procurement Manager: Supplier Diversity at PepsiCo, Nyiko focuses on advancing inclusive procurement and supplier diversity, supporting the development and participation of diverse suppliers across the value chain.
Her career spans senior leadership roles across transformation, employment equity and procurement, within major financial institutions, including Nedbank and Absa, as well as earlier experience in B-BBEE verification. She has led enterprise and supplier development initiatives, B-BBEE strategy and verification programmes, regulatory reporting, transformation governance and stakeholder engagement, and has represented the banking sector on Financial Sector Transformation Council working groups.
