Like many, Belinda “fell” into procurement. After a decade spent in the travel industry and a few years in franchising, Belinda joined Woolworths in the capacity of Travel Services Manager. In 2008, she laid the foundation for a centralised procurement team at Woolworths and, when the team took shape, she worked across South Africa, China and Australia, until taking the lead seat in 2019 as head of non trade procurement. Her team is now focused on partnering the business on all matters related to sourcing.
Belinda holds a BComm in General Management, PGDip Management Practice, Certificate in Project Management and has maintained Chartered MCIPS designation since 2016.
