Clarence is a former Colonel from the SAPS.
He has worked in the Specialized Units of the Hawks namely: – 1. The Serious Organized Crime Investigation Unit. 2. The Serious Commercial Crime Investigation Unit 3. The Serious Corruption Investigation Unit.
Clarence has also worked for the former Directorate of Special Operations/ SCORPIONS as a Senior Specialized Investigator.
He has also been instrumental in the formation of the Anti -Corruption Task Team ACTT at a National level and appointment as the Commander/ Lead Investigator as from 2010 to 2016 and focusing on Fraud and Corruption matters within Government/ Private Entities and amounts ranging from R5million and above.
From 2018 until Clarence’s retirement, he was again instrumental in the formation of another National Project referred to as the National Clean Audit Task Team and focusing on matters involving Serious Fraud and Corruption within the Government and Private Sector Procurement Divisions.
Clarence’s successes have been widely publicized across the Country.
