As Head of Technology Procurement at Absa Group, he leads strategic sourcing across hardware, software, telco, IT services, and cyber security, while driving major transformation initiatives, including supplier localisation post-Barclays separation and the implementation of the Coupa spend management solution.
Craig’s career spans leadership roles at Barclays Africa and Standard Bank, where he led IT service delivery, Lean and Agile practices, and large-scale process improvement.
