Malesela David Mahlatji is a public servant and advocate for self-awareness, ethical leadership, and institutional reform. With a career spanning over 15 years in the procurement space since 2007, he brings a wealth of expertise in supply chain management governance, compliance, and public sector transformation.
He is responsible for Supply Chain Management Governance and Compliance and currently serves as Director of SCM Governance and Compliance at the Limpopo Provincial Treasury in South Africa. In this role, he leverages his deep understanding of public institutions, organizational culture, and the human condition to promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency in procurement systems.
Academically accomplished, he holds a BA degree from UNISA, an Honours Degree in Human Resources Development (HRD) from RAU, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mancosa, and a Master’s Status Certificate in Leadership and Innovation from the Da Vinci Institute.
