A chartered accountant by profession, Larisha has 18 years of solid experience in business development, finance, supply chain management, mining, and strategic thinking. Her deep understanding of mining communities, which she gained during her time at Anglo American, complements her professional background. She was recognized as a Women Supply Chain Leader globally in GWSCL, an award that celebrates accomplished female executives and next-generation leaders who inspire and drive women’s empowerment, equality, and excellence in the supply chain sector.
During her time at Anglo American, where she held senior positions, including roles in Group Shared Services and Kumba Iron Ore, Larisha has successfully led and managed various teams and departments through setup, transition, and business process optimization. Her hard work and passion have consistently driven positive outcomes.
Larisha ’s leadership style has enabled her to spearhead strategic projects that have brought significant value to both the business and the people involved. Over the years, the teams she has mentored have thrived in their careers, a point of pride for her as she continues to share knowledge and help others grow.
