Lenushka Parannath is a dynamic procurement and supply-chain executive with over 15 years of experience driving high-impact sourcing strategies across Africa and the Middle East. As Head of Procurement at Bidvest International Logistics, she oversees a R2.8 billion annual portfolio of direct and indirect materials. She established the company’s first centralised procurement department, led the rollout of a best-in-class Source-to-Pay system, and co-chaired the Digital & Innovation Committee to embed continuous improvement and ESG principles organisation-wide.
Previously, Lenushka served as CEO of Telkom’s VS Gaming, where she expanded the business into new markets. She has also held senior procurement and supply-chain roles at Mondelez, Absa, and A.P. Møller–Maersk. As part of her consulting business, Lenushka has developed strategies and operating models for industries ranging from maritime, logistics, financial services, FMCG, ICT, property, retail, marketing and education.
Lenushka is currently completing her MBA at GIBS, holds an MCIPS, a BCom Honours in Finance, and a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics. She is passionate about mentoring emerging procurement leaders and championing sustainable, technology-driven sourcing practices that are aligned to the South African market.
