Nadia Rawjee

With over 15 years of industry leadership, Nadia co-founded Uzenzele Holdings in 2010, raising more than R2.8 billion in capital for mid-tier companies, typically transactions averaging R120 million with engagement across over 2,000 businesses. She holds a B.Com in Finance, Economics & Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg and executive credentials from WITS, A Strategy & Operating Board Member at Senatla Capital, she contributes to oversight in private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds with a strong ESG and governance lens. Nadia is passionate about public-private collaboration to bridge funding gaps for South Africa’s ‘missing middle.’
