Shaun Scott has consulted to public sector organisations in Southern Africa over the last 25 years primarily on supply chain and procurement strategy and policy. The emphasis of his work is on the practical implementation of procurement and supply chain legislation with a focus on innovation and public sector best practice.
Shaun has a BSc in Industrial Engineering (Wits). After graduating he joined Andersen Consulting (later became Accenture) where he was the Director responsible for their Transport and Travel portfolio in Africa. He left Accenture in 2002 and co-founded Worldwide Integrated Logistics (WiL), a successful 4PL™ organisation with a growing client base and offerings in public sector SCM and procurement.
Shaun runs a weekly webinar for public procurement executives, managers and practitioners, currently with over 600 registered participants across South Africa. He recently also started a YouTube channel dedicated to public procurement content (Public Procurement and SCM Collaboration Platform – YouTube).
