Chantal Kading is the Founder and Managing Director of The People Shop and Peak Performance Africa, with over 20 years as a Leadership Strategist and Talent Advisor to blue-chip companies and multinationals. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch, she is a registered Psychometrist, Master in Neuro-Linguistics and Time Line Therapy, Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach, and has trained with Tony Robbins in leadership and business mastery.
An ambassador for the Amy Foundation, she has helped upskill and place over 4,000 unemployed youth in the Western Cape. Chantal led the Western Cape Education Department’s Change Mindset Strategy, impacting 45,000 teachers and 1.5 million learners.
An international conference speaker, published expert, and certified Firewalk Instructor, she has also summited Mount Kilimanjaro. Her mission: to raise the grandchildren of Africa through transformed leadership consciousness, inspiring people to achieve mastery, excellence, and lasting impact.
