Florence Ntshudisane is the Founder and CEO of Flores Health and Skin Care, a South African skincare company specializing in natural, science-inspired skincare solutions. A qualified Somatologist, she worked for several skincare companies before establishing her own brand. Florence is passionate about entrepreneurship, product innovation, and empowering communities through wellness. She has been featured on SABC 3 and as a guest on the Monetise podcast, sharing her entrepreneurial journey. As a client of SEDA and the Innovation Hub, she has leveraged business development support to grow her company. Florence also leads Royal Woman, a women’s organization based in Hammanskraal that empowers women through leadership and personal development. She is the proud mother of a 10-year-old son and is committed to inspiring others through resilience, innovation, and purpose.
