Lorna is a seasoned socio-economic consultant with an Honours degree in Sociology and over 16 years of experience in driving sustainable development initiatives. She specialises in socio-economic compliance reporting (SLP, Mining Charter, GRI), stakeholder management and has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams and led the roll-out of complex programmes – with a strong focus on measurable impact. She joined the Xerus Consulting family in 2026 in order to provide clients with both Environmental and Social Compliance services.
