I began my career as an Agri Specialist, focusing on agricultural finance. Today, I hold a leadership position in Absa Relationship Banking, where I play a vital role in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Gauteng North and Limpopo region.
My academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town and an Honours degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Limpopo. These qualifications have equipped me with valuable skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of the banking industry.
Recently, I completed the Accelerated Development Programme: Amplify, which further enhanced my leadership abilities and provided me with insights into digital transformation and Fintechs as well as Change Management.
