Nadia Ebrahim is a senior public sector leader driving procurement reform and financial systems modernisation in the Western Cape. As Chief Director: Asset Management at the Western Cape Provincial Treasury, she leads strategic supply chain, asset management, and transversal financial system oversight, including BAS, LOGIS, and PERSAL.
With over two decades of experience in public procurement, governance, and financial management, Nadia plays a central role in advancing the province’s procurement reform agenda—anchored in transparency, digital innovation, and economic inclusion. Her portfolio spans mandated fiscal oversight functions in terms of the PFMA and MFMA, positioning her at the forefront of strengthening compliance, accountability, and value-for-money across government.
A former attorney, Nadia brings a strong legal and governance lens to complex procurement environments. She has been instrumental in shaping the Western Cape’s SCM modernisation journey, including e-Procurement, supplier transparency, and collaborative sourcing models. She is a key driver behind Smart Procurement World as a flagship platform for innovation, partnership, and reform in public procurement.
