Thandy Pino

Thandy Pino is a Procurement Expert and facilitator with over 17 years of experience in public sector.  She is the founder and CEO of Ntakha Consulting, which specializes in end-to-end Procurement Consulting and Facilitation.  She holds an MBA in corporate governance and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).  Her experience in governance structures spans over fifteen years as chairperson of the bid specifications committee, bid evaluation committee, and an advisor to the bid adjudication committee. She is currently the Chairperson of the Lesotho Public Procurement Authority, Procurement Consultant, trainer and a member of the audit committees and tender committee of various public sector institutions.  She has a sound knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, BBBEE Act, PPPFA, and CIDB Act.
