When she launched ControlPro in 2015 while recovering from severe health setbacks, she could initially only work a few hours a week. That gradual journey taught her a vital lesson: no business can scale or survive on raw hustle alone—it requires resilient, automated systems.
Today, as a KZN Top Woman (2024) and Board Treasurer at the Pietermaritzburg and Midlands Chamber of Business, Thirusha uses that exact lesson to de-risk corporate supply chains.
