Tina Mkhulise is a distinguished leader in Supply Chain Management. She is currently serving as a Head of Supply Chain Management in Sentech. With over 18 years of experience in the public sector, She has consistently driven innovation and efficiency in Supply Chain policies and processes.
She holds a master’s degree in business leadership and is a PHD candidate focusing on green Supply Chain Management.
Tina recently spearheaded an innovative online tendering system at Sentech which aimed to enhance transparency, inclusivity, reduce costs of tendering and reduce human interference. This innovation won the highly contested CIPS procurement excellence award for the project of the year, 2024. She continues to be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies in SCM.
Throughout her career, she has held senior management positions across various organizations. Her commitment to inclusive procurement has set as a benchmark in the industry, making her a respected voice in socio-economic transformation, stakeholder management and green supply chain management.
In her present role at SENTECH, her leadership continues to inspire and pave the way for a more inclusive supply chain that ensures all south Africans who are eligible can participate in available economic opportunities.
