With more than 27 years in the South African public sector, I have obtained vast knowledge in government legislation and the strategic planning process. I have held various leadership positions in different areas of responsibility, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for two departments. I have written and published articles questioning government processes and legislation, as well as High Court judgments and academic interpretation of SCM legislation and practice, which contributed to the amendment of the GEPF rules. 

Current position and functions

As Director Provincial SCM and Assets Management, coordinate and advise Provincial departments and Public Entities on Supply Chain Management legislative matters, including Assets Management and Reporting.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB): University of Free State

Bachelor of Laws: Financial Planning (BIURIS): University of Free State

Btech Internal Auditing: Obtained full credits for the degree- University of South Africa

Btech Cost & Management Accounting: University of South Africa

National Diploma Cost & Management Accounting: Central University of Technology Free State
